ASPIRE promotes agri-business and rural entrepreneurship through livelihood business incubators (LBI) and technology business incubators (TBI). Individual entrepreneurs get seed funding, mentoring, and incubation support. Government grants ₹1 crore to TBIs that support MSMEs in the agri-food sector.
